Team

Dr. Gisbert Beckers has decades of development and financing experience and looks back on a large number of successfully implemented projects as well as 12 start-up investments at home and abroad. As managing partner of BNS Real Estate Capital GmbH, he has supported a project volume of around EUR 1,815 million spread over 42 residential, office, hotel and retail projects as a co-investor and consultant since its founding in 2014.

Mr. Tobias Müller has 18 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry and focuses on opportunistic projects and supporting NPLs. In his previous positions, he was responsible, among other things, for several value-add AIFs and was responsible for a mezzanine loan portfolio of around EUR 450 million with a project volume of more than EUR 2.5 billion. As the responsible portfolio manager, Mr. Müller restructured for international investors and private individuals Equity funds, special servicers and national banks successfully create NPL portfolios (>EUR 2.0 billion) with more than 50,000 units across Germany. Professional positions included arsago, Corpus Sireo, Conren Land, Verianos and the HFS.
